近日，中央电视台新闻频道播出“奋进的中国 我们的‘十四五’”专题报道《青海：高原“风光”无限 绿色电能澎湃》，展现“十四五”期间，国家电网公司围绕青海打造国家清洁能源产业高地，加快特高压输电工程等跨区跨省通道建设，促进清洁能源消纳外送，推动绿色电力与绿色算力协同发展，有力服务青海经济社会高质量发展，服务全国能源转型和电力保供大局。

青海是三江之源、“中华水塔”，这里最大的价值在生态、最大的责任在生态、最大的潜力也在生态。“十四五”期间，青海省锚定打造国家清洁能源产业高地使命任务，依托“水丰、光富、风好、地广”的资源禀赋，加快绿电产业发展，走出了一条生态优先、绿色低碳的高质量发展道路。

从“风吹沙走石头跑”，到“风吹草低见牛羊”，依托丰富的水光风资源，“十四五”期间，青海已经形成了以海南、海西两个千万千瓦级清洁能源基地为依托，辐射周边的清洁能源产业发展格局。截至今年8月底，青海清洁能源装机达7244万千瓦，占青海电网总装机的94.23%，清洁能源装机占比、新能源发电量占比均居全国第一；在水光互补、多能互补、规模化储能等领域创造了全国乃至全球的多项第一，保持着全清洁能源供电的世界纪录。

在促进绿电省内消纳的同时，青海积极服务全国能源清洁低碳转型和电力保供大局，持续扩大青海绿电跨省跨区外送的“朋友圈”。“十四五”期间，依托世界首个新能源远距离输送大通道——青海—河南±800千伏特高压直流输电工程，以及7条750千伏省际联络通道，青海源源不断将1120.7亿千瓦时绿电送到北京、上海、河南等25个省（自治区、直辖市）。

青海不仅是我国清洁能源与新能源装机占比最高的省份，也是全国首个算电协同先行示范区，这里产生的绿色电力不仅点亮了万家灯火，更为高耗能的算力产业注入了清洁动能。

在青海省清洁能源和绿色算力调度中心，控制大厅的电子屏上跳动着密密麻麻的数字，水电、风电、太阳能发电等清洁能源发电量及算力企业用能情况跃然眼前。这里就是实现青海绿色电力与算力调度的“智慧大脑”。

算力正深度赋能千行百业，青海依托得天独厚的绿电资源，积极推动“绿电”向“绿算”转化，并以“1+2+N”的产业布局，打造面向全国的绿色算力基地，推动高原资源优势转化为高质量发展的新动能。

国网青海省电力公司充分发挥行业优势，积极推动绿色电力与绿色算力协同发展，于2024年6月将其建设运营的青海省智慧双碳大数据中心升级打造成青海省清洁能源和绿色算力调度中心。这也是我国首个清洁能源和绿色算力调度中心，为政府和算力、发电、用电企业等提供电网安全监控、清洁能源集中监控、新能源功率预测、绿电价值传导、能碳双控监测、绿色算力资源监测、电力算力调度、电力算力融合分析等服务。

该中心目前已接入青海省三大运营商和青海大学等5家单位算力中心的算力资源数据，实时监测1.7万台通算、智算和超算服务器以及1.5万P算力资源运行情况，并接入500余座清洁能源电站和168座新能源电站的数据，为28个发电集团提供运营支撑，年均节省运营成本超2.3亿元，助力企业“降本增效”。
